How does Homing work?
On our website Homing.com, you can find something you like, add it to your cart, then check out. You can place your order online anytime, 24/7! Once your order has been confirmed and received, you will receive a confirmation email from us, then we will work hard on getting your item(s) to you as quickly as possible.

 

Is everything on Homing officially licensed?
Yes! All of our products are 100% authentic and officially licensed. By shopping on Homing, you’re supporting the brands, makers, artists, authors, creators, etc. that we carry and love get paid.

 

Do you have a physical store location?
Not yet! We only sell on the internet right now but we are planning on opening our first store in Atlanta, Georgia.

 

Do you have pop ups?
Yes! Our first pop up will be in 2027 in Atlanta, Georgia. Sign up for our newsletter to be informed.


Do you gift wrap?
Sorry, but at the moment we do not! If we receive enough requests for gift wrapping then we will probably add that option to our store in the future.


Do you provide a tracking number?
All orders shipped from Homing.com include tracking numbers. After your order is shipped, our system sends you an email with a traking number and more details about your order. You can also log into your account and view the status and get tracking numbers for your orders.


I am having sign up or login issues?
If you are having issues signing up, try refreshing the page or a different browser. If you are having troubles signing in, you can reset your password at any time by clicking the forgot my password link. You can also contact us or send us an e-mail and we would be happy to help you.


How can I check the status of my order?
Log into your Homing.com account and view your orders in your account area. Your order status will appear in this section along with tracking information.

 

Can I get a discount code?
We sometimes have sales, promotions, and special offers on holidays and events. Make sure you are signed up for our newsletter to not miss out on these. 

 

Unable to find satisfactory answers?
Don’t hesitate to contact us. We will add answers to your questions to our FAQ to help others. 

 

When will an item be back in stock?
Once we begin running low on an item, we immediately begin the re-ordering/re-stocking process. Sometimes an item will be sold out before we receive the restock, but trust it’s coming, keep checking our website. If an item description includes “OUT OF PRODUCTION” or “OUT OF PRINT” then it will remain sold out forever. We keep these products up for our archives though they can’t be purchased. However, if you want to order an item that’s currently out-of-stock and the item description doesn’t include “OUT OF PRODUCTION” or “OUT OF PRINT”, you can do so by placing your order with our customer service department. We will try to get your backordered item in as quickly as possible and will update you periodically via email during the process.


My order/item says backorder, what does that mean?
Sometimes an item for sale will not physically be at our fulfillment center yet or the item is in such high demand that our stock have yet to be replenished. You may order a backordered item to reserve it, but it won’t be shipped to you until it’s back in stock. The expected ship date on some items will be listed in the item description.

Please note: Backorder shipping dates are subject to change and we will email you with any updates.

 

Do you offer wholesale?
Yes we do! We work with the brands we carry to offer wholesale options. Please visit our wholesale page for more information or you can reach out to us via our contact page or email store@homign.com to start a wholesale order.


Why can’t I order to my country?
Sorry, but if your country isn’t listed for shipping, you will not be able to complete your order online. But you can reach out to our customer service (store@rapmart.com) to manually place your order. Reach out to us via our contact page or email store@rapmart.com. Please include as much information as possible; your name, ship-to address, SKU number, sizes (when applicable), etc.


How can I use my Homing store credit?
To use your Homing store credit, you must be signed into your account at checkout to see and apply your balance to the order total. The credit is automatically applied, and if the balance covers the entire order, no other payment is needed. If the credit isn’t automatically applied you can select Apply store credit to use your store credit as a payment method. You can also view your store credit balance in your account.


How do you ship?
We generally use USPS and FedEx for standard delivery (sometimes UPS). We will usually ship via USPS Priority or FedEx 2Day & Overnight for rush deliveries.


Do you deliver on weekends?
USPS deliveries may occur on Saturdays, but our UPS 2nd Day Air and FedEx 2Day and Overnight options will not include Saturday as a business/delivery.


How can I get my product sold on Homgin?

I have Home memorabilia or an autograph/autographed item, will you buy it?
Yes, we are always looking to buy one-of-a-kind/one-off Rap/Hip-Hop memorabilia. We work directly with artists, labels, and creatives to purchase their memorabilia. We have very limited space available for the next few months and are highly selective about who we work with. However, if you are interested and have an item or more that you think we should feature, or if you're an artist, then please reach out to store@rapmart.com with more details and we'll get back to you. We look forward to hearing from you!


What's your Return Policy?
You have 10 business days from the shipment date to return any unopened or defective products. The money will be refunded and returned to the original form of payment. Returns made after the 10 days will be refunded with store credit. See our Return & Exchanges page for more details on how to return stuff.

 

Can I adjust my order I just placed?
We are unable to make any automated changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed. 


When will I receive my order?
To track your order, log into your account and enter your order number and billing zip code. You will then be able to see all of your order and shipping info.


What does order processing mean?
It means we have received your order and are currently working on it. It typically takes 24 hours for an order to process through our system once it’s placed.  We are closed on Saturday & Sunday,  orders placed between 1 pm Friday- Sunday won’t be processed until Monday.


How Long Does It Take To Ship My Order?
Typically it takes a few days for your order to be processed, pulled, packed and leave our warehouse. We ship Mondays - Fridays and if you place an order after cut off time Friday afternoon - Sunday, these orders will be received Monday.


How long does it take for my order to arrive?

It generally takes a few days for delivery after you receive your shipping confirmation, but it depends where you are located. Our warehouse is located in Atlanta, GA where all orders are shipped from. We do supply a tracking number which will give status updates from the shipping company on your delivery time.


I paid for priority shipping but my order hasn’t arrived?

We try to get orders out as fast as possible but typically orders take 1-2 business days to process. Once your order has processed and shipped you will receive an email with tracking details. Depending on where you are located it can take 1-3 days for delivery from the order is shipped. If at anytime you have a question about your delivery please feel free to contact us and we can investigate.


Can I update my shipping address?

If your order is still processing or awaiting shipment we can update your shipping address. Please contact us with your order number and the updated shipping address as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped we can’t update or change the shipping address.


If I place an order that has pre-order or back order items, do they ship with in stock items or separately?
Usually orders that include pre-order items along with in-stock items are held until the release date for the pre-order, to have in stock items shipped ASAP we suggest placing two orders, one for your pre-order and one for in stock items.


How is shipping cost determined?
The cost of shipping is determined by the postal service in your country and the weight of the package.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes! You can find out the cost of shipping through the checkout process. Please note: Some items can be extremely costly for us to ship internationally and shipping can cost more than someone has initially paid. In that case, we will contact you directly to let you know the additional amount and give you the option of making up the difference.

How can I request a Homing catalog? 

You can either put a note on your order that you’d like a catalog (usually this can be done in the gift message section) or

What does Pre-Order mean?
If you ordered an item that is a Pre-order that means that the item has not been released for public sale yet. When the item is delivered to us, we pull all of the orders that are marked pre-order and ship those orders first. If you haven’t received your pre-order yet, neither have we!

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment: Debit or Credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Shop Pay, Google Wallet, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, and RapMart.com Store Gift Cards. Purchase a gift card here

*Please note, PayPal is unavailable to customers in Turkey.

Apple Pay users must be using the Safari browser and running on a compatible iOS device.

Google Wallet is available to anyone with a newer Android or Apple smartphone. It gives users a fast way to make payments using credit or debit cards.

Venmo is an easy secure way to pay. Please download the Venmo app and during checkout just click the Venmo button.

 

What does AVS Mismatch Mean?
AVS Mismatch stands for Address Verification System Mismatch. This means the billing address you are trying to use with your credit card is not matching with what your bank has on file for that card. You need to either enter the correct billing address associated with your card or contact your bank.


What if my card or payment was declined?  
If your card declined that could be due to a lack of funds or if you’ve recently added funds to your account they may not have posted yet. Also, if you’re using a pre-paid card, make sure the card is activated. Please contact your bank or payment method customer service to find out why your payment was declined. Each time you try your credit card the bank will put a hold on your funds, so before trying multiple times contact your bank to see what the issue might be.


It looks like I got charged twice?
Did you recently try placing an order only to get a message that the card was declined for either an AVS mismatch or was declined due to the bank? What you’re seeing on your bank account is a temporary hold of funds, placed by your bank. Any time you use your card, whether or not it was approved or declined, the bank automatically puts a hold on the funds to verify that they’re there. Once the bank sees that the card was declined those holds will drop off and the money will be returned to your account. 

Typically, this only takes a couple of days but it depends entirely on your financial institution. Please note, the bank is the one who declined the card, not RapMart, so unfortunately, we have no ability to return the money or drop the holds. You typically just have to wait until they drop off. 

If your card gets declined, email us or call your bank before trying multiple times. Each time you try your card another hold will be placed. If your card was declined that could be due to a lack of funds or if you’ve recently added funds to your account they may not have posted yet. Also, if you’re using a pre-paid card, make sure the card has been activated. This can happen for a number of reasons: things may be spelled differently, if you’ve moved recently, the bank may not have updated your new address (which if this is case, try your old address also because more often than not, this works.), etc.
